Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdPausr application and its related web dashboard (together, the "Service"), provided by AdPausr ("we," "us," "our"). By installing the app or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service connects to your Shopify store and Pinterest advertising account to monitor inventory levels and automatically pause or resume Pinterest ads based on stock thresholds you configure.
Access is available via the embedded Shopify app interface and the external web dashboard. The Service helps avoid ad spend on low/out-of-stock products but does not guarantee sales, performance, or profits.
3. Eligibility and Shopify Relationship
You must have a valid Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms and app marketplace rules.
These Terms are solely between you and AdPausr; Shopify is not a party and bears no responsibility for the Service.
4. Installation and Account Access
Installing the app authorizes access to necessary Shopify data (products, variants, inventory).
You also authorize connection to your Pinterest Business account for reading/updating campaigns, ad groups, and ads. The web dashboard requires your login credentials for the same scopes.
5. Fees and Payment
Paid plans, billing, and trials are listed in the Shopify App Store. Fees process via Shopify; taxes apply as required.
6. Use of Data and Privacy
We process store data only to deliver, maintain, and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling—you agree to it by using the Service.
7. Merchant Responsibilities
- Keep Shopify product/inventory data accurate.
- Configure thresholds and settings correctly.
- Monitor Pinterest campaigns regularly.
Inventory/catalog changes may impact Service behavior.
8. Service Limitations
The Service relies on Shopify/Pinterest APIs, which may change or outage. No guarantees of uptime, error-free operation, or constant availability—we may suspend for maintenance/security/legal reasons.
9. No Guarantees
No warranties for results like sales, ROAS, or ad approvals. Use at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service (code, design, features) is owned by us/licensors. You get a limited license for your business use with your Shopify store only.
11. Prohibited Uses
No reverse engineering, unlawful use, or interference with security/rate limits. Violations may lead to suspension/termination.
12. Disclaimers
Service provided "AS IS" without warranties (merchantability, fitness, etc.) to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
No liability for indirect/consequential damages. Total liability capped at fees paid in prior 3 months.
14. Indemnification
You indemnify us against claims from your use, breaches, or violations.
15. Term and Termination
Effective on install/access; ends on uninstall or our termination. Uninstall revokes Shopify access.
16. Changes
We may update the Service/Terms with notice (date update/in-app). Continued use = acceptance.
